Easy Coconut Bars for Valentine
Ingredients
- 100 g coconut butter, melted
- 400 g coconut cream
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 50 g chocolate
- 100 g raspberries
- 50 g pistachios
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together coconut butter and coconut cream. Add agave syrup and stir. Top with dark chocolate, raspberries and pistachios and freeze for at least 3 h before serving.
