VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients (200cal/10P/13C/11F)

  • 14oz (400g) silken tofu (soft tofu)
  • 1/2 cup (135g) vegan chocolate (melted)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder

Takes , serves 6.

Instructions

  1. BLEND everything until smooth/REFRIGERATE for at least 1 hour

Coconut Bars for Valentine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g coconut butter, melted
  • 400 g coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 50 g pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together coconut butter and coconut cream. Add agave syrup and stir. Top with dark chocolate, raspberries and pistachios and freeze for at least 3 h before serving.
  2. Enjoy!

Ingredients: (10 pieces each 180cal/5P/31C/4F)

  • Cake:
  • 1/3 cup (110g) maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60g) nut butter
  • 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp (200ml) plant milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (200g) flour of your choice
  • 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
  • 2 Tsp baking powder -1 Tsp cinnamon
  • Apples:
  • 3 small apples
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp starch
  • Caramel:
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • (bake at 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes)
